In celebration of our nation’s 250th birthday, the Dublin Historical Society has launched a project to collect memories of life in Dublin, California during the Bicentennial in 1976.

We invite the public to share their photos, news clippings, letters, journal entries, maps, or other objects - from Dublin, 1976 - that can be digitized for our online storytelling exhibit and archives. As a thank you for sharing your 1976 history with us, you will receive a digital copy of your contribution(s)!

The event will take place at the Dublin Library Community Room at 200 Civic Plaza, Dublin, CA 94568 on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 10AM to 2PM!
